In 1991, we responded to several clients' appeals and began a program to bring whole projects in-house thus augmenting their efforts while not tying up their facilities. Leaning heavily on detailed functional specifications and formal test procedures, we have continued to take on additional tasks until these efforts are now fully half of what we do.
